    Definitions and Rules
    Pick A Prize: Must be a Gold Rank or Higher to Qualify. If you Pick Prize 3, you must Qualify for Prize 1 for your own room.
    US and CA Volume Requirement: For a rank to qualify, at least 80% of the pay leg volume must come from the United States or Canada
    Qualified: Paid Rank earned 2x or more during Cycles 839–866
    1x, 2x, 3x, or 4x: Number of times you need to hit the qualifying rank during the promotion for that Prize
    2nd or 3rd: Means the cumulative number of ESP 3 Enrollees you've enrolled during the promotion

    Leadership Seminar Promotion Terms and Conditions

    Promotion Period: July 14, 2025 - October 5, 2025 (Cycles 867-878)
    Qualification Period: Cycles 839-866
    Event Date: October 24-26, 2025

    Eligibility Requirements

    1. Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of promotion entry and event attendance.
    2. Must be an active, enrolled Gano Excel affiliate in good standing during the entire qualification period and at the time of the Leadership Seminar event.
    3. Must maintain active affiliate status through the event date to be eligible to attend and receive prizes.
    4. Must meet all rank and enrollment requirements as specified in the qualification table during the designated promotion cycles.
    5. At least 80% of pay leg volume must originate from the United States or Canada to qualify for rank-based prizes.
    6. Only one (1) winner per a person.

    Prize Terms

    1. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes on prizes received, including but not limited to federal, state, and local income taxes.
    2. Prize values may be considered taxable income and will be reported to appropriate tax authorities as required by law.
    3. Travel cash prizes of $400 USD will be distributed by company check and are subject to applicable tax withholdings.
    4. Hotel accommodations are for the specified event dates only and cannot be extended or transferred.
    5. Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or substituted except at Gano Excel's sole discretion.
    6. Shared room assignments for Prize 1 winners will be made by Gano Excel and cannot be guaranteed with specific individuals.

    General Terms

    1. Qualification status is determined solely by Gano Excel's records and internal tracking systems.
    2. Gano Excel reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify participants who do not meet all requirements.
    3. ESP3 enrollments must occur during the promotion period and be properly recorded in company systems to count toward qualification.
    4. In case of disputes regarding qualification status, Gano Excel's determination shall be final and binding.
    5. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
    6. Event attendance is subject to venue capacity and health/safety requirements in effect at the time of the event.

    Limitations and Disclaimers

    1. Gano Excel is not responsible for technical malfunctions, system errors, or other factors beyond its control that may affect qualification tracking.
    2. Promotion is void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
    3. Gano Excel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time with appropriate notice to participants.
    4. Winners may be required to sign additional agreements or releases as a condition of prize acceptance.
    5. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
    6. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Gano Excel USA is incorporated.
    Important: Failure to maintain active Gano Excel affiliate status through the event date will result in forfeiture of all prizes and event privileges, regardless of initial qualification.
