One winner, and how a tie is broken

There can be only one winner. A prize is never shared or split between two leaders, so a tie on points is broken until one of them wins it outright.
How a tie is broken. If two leaders end a period on the same number of points, these are compared in order. The higher count wins, and the first line where they differ decides it:
1. ESP3
2. ESP2
3. ESP1
4. MVPs
5. Regular enrollments
Only enrollments that scored are compared — one still awaiting SMS verification, one not verified by the week close, or one dated back into a closed week earns no points, so it cannot break a tie either.

How this board scores

The promotion's MVP follows the Wealth Plan's MVP All-Star Bonus (section 3.0), without the “MVP Qualified” step: no autoship is required. The MVP Earner is the leader who enrolled the new affiliate (A). Within 90 days of A's enrollment, A must personally enroll one affiliate on the left binary leg and one on the right, read from the binary placement tree, and all three must be active at 100PV in the same week (below). The MVP counts in the week that first happens. A New MVP (500 pts) is an A who joined during the period; an Existing MVP (300 pts) is one who joined before it and completes the MVP during it, still inside their 90 days. Points go to the MVP Earner. Active at 100PV: a non-ESP order of 100PV or more keeps its buyer active for 30 days from its commission date. It can be the enrollment order or a later one — the autoship about 30 days on, or a reorder — so an autoship is not required, but it can complete an MVP once the enrollment volume has run out. Someone who enrolled with an ESP counts once a later 100PV order makes them active. All three should be SMS verified by the close of the week the MVP completes; if one is not, the MVP still scores and is marked *.
SMS verification. Every enrollment (ESP or 50/100 PV) should be SMS verified by the close of its week (Sunday 11:59pm Pacific), and all three people in an MVP by the close of the week it completes. One that is not still scores, and the leader’s total is marked *. During the week an unverified one shows as awaiting SMS, and the mark goes away once it is verified before the close. Backdated orders do not count. An order counts in the week it was paid only if it reached the Dashboard by 6 hours after that week closed; one entered later and dated back into a closed week is marked backdated.
Weekly and monthly. A week is one commission cycle, Monday to Sunday. A month is the set of cycles that close in that calendar month, not the calendar month itself — cycles straddle month ends (cycle 921 ran Jul 27 – Aug 2), so a literal month would split one week's points across two boards and the two views would stop reconciling. Read this way a month is 4 or 5 whole weeks, shown next to the selector, and the week-by-week rows add up to the monthly total exactly. The newest week is marked in progress until its Sunday closes.
Sign-ups are scored by PV. A new USA affiliate whose first order is not an ESP scores 1 point at 50–99 PV and 2 points at 100 PV or more; under 50 PV scores nothing. ESP enrollments score by ESP level.
Board split — a leader is on the USA board when their own orders carry a US state, and on the International board otherwise.
Points are gross, not incremental. Every qualifying sign-up scores, including activity that would have happened anyway.
